1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by 27363 Securities OÜ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

27363 Securities OÜ provides computing infrastructure, data processing, hosting, and related services to businesses in CIS countries (excluding Russian Federation). Our services include:

• Computing infrastructure provisioning and management
• Data processing and analytics services
• Web and application hosting services
• Technical support and maintenance

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Using services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not engaging in activities that may harm our infrastructure
• Backing up their data regularly

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for violations of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
